§1 · Freight rates
Per-kilogram rates apply to the chargeable weight of the whole shipment — the greater of its total actual weight and its total volumetric weight, rounded to 0.1 kg.

§2 · Volumetric weight
Volumetric weight = (L × W × H in cm) ÷ divisor. Your shipment is charged on the greater of its total actual weight and its total volumetric weight — added up across the whole shipment, not box by box.

§3 · Oversized handling
A parcel is oversized if it meets any one of these thresholds. A minimum handling surcharge of $30.00 applies per oversized parcel.

§4 · Valuable-goods surcharge
Items declared above $100.00 per unit attract a surcharge of 10% of the declared value, subject to the per-unit minimum below.

Other high-value goods are assessed case-by-case. GST of 10% applies to domestic Australian services only; international freight is GST-free. Uninsured compensation is capped at $30.00/kg or $600.00 per shipment.
