We collect personal information directly from you when you request a quote, book a shipment, contact us or open a business account. We may also collect it from third parties such as delivery partners and carriers where necessary to provide our services.

  • To quote, book, transport, clear customs for and deliver your shipments.
  • To communicate with you about your shipments, including tracking and exceptions.
  • To process payments and manage business accounts.
  • To handle claims, returns and refunds.
  • To meet legal, customs and regulatory obligations.
  • To improve our services and website.

4. Disclosure of information

We may disclose your personal information to airlines, shipping lines, delivery and pickup partners, customs and border authorities, payment processors, and professional advisers — only as needed to provide our services or comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cross-border disclosure

Because we provide freight between Australia and Vietnam, your information (including recipient details) may be disclosed to partners and authorities in Vietnam and other countries through which goods transit. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your information consistently with the APPs.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
